Hi, I am the creator of Toxiskels!

Toxiskel Lore

Toxiskels are demons that were summoned and experimented on by evil witches and warlocks until they were rescued. They have potion-filled parts containing poison that cause their skin to become transparent in some parts; exposing their bones (or in some cases dissolving their bones). They also have crystal clusters growing all over their body in a variety of colors & shapes. Toxiskels also have their own loyal companion(s) to stick with them at all times!

Disclaimer

You can not make your own Toxiskel unless you have purchased a MYO ticket! They can be obtained through MYO events or raffles so keep an eye out for those as well as official adopts by me!

I designed this layout, please do not steal it.

You can not make one unless you buy a MYO ticket during an event or buy an official adopt/GA design!Do not steal/heavily reference Toxiskels! By joining the Toxi community, you are agreeing to respect this!

Commercial rights

✰ Do not use Toxiskels for commercial purposes such as physical merchandise and making a profit off of it unless you have purchased Exclusive Buyer Rights specifically to one of my Toxi designs.✰ Please contact me if you want to purchase Exclusive buyer rights however I only allow purchase of this if you have purchased over 5+ pieces by me and are a long time trusted customer.✰ Otherwise for myos(make your own) do not use Toxiskels in vtuber/twitch/youtube.
I would normally allow this but people get upset because I technically own Toxiskels which means I will always have myos for them and vtubers want their adopt to be unique so to prevent issues, no longer allowing commercial use for people unless you're a long time trusted customer.

✰ It's okay to turn an existing OC into a Toxiskel or make a Toxiskel alternate universe!✰ You may give it any name, personality, bio, gender, etc but always keep the traits the same!✰ Official designs can always have any additional outfits you want!✰ You're allowed to make them any theme you want as long as it's not offensive such as racist, homophobic, transphobic, or anything else offensive!✰ It's okay to co-own Toxiskels.✰ It's okay to resell/trade/gift Toxiskels but follow the rules of the GA artists if they have certain terms!

Always properly credit your designs when submitting them for approval.

Make sure that when you're designing your MYO
that you include the traits for your specific tier or lower or it won't be approved!

Most importantly, while I can't claim the individual traits on their own of course
but combined, its what makes up the Toxiskel that I put much
thought and care into and I ask
that you all respect this by not copying a Toxiskel as a whole!

Summary
Toxiskels have a single pale eye, crystals all over their body and potion-like parts filled with poison. Their bones are usually visible but higher rarities sometimes depict the bones as completely dissolved. These parts are called Polucents and can be placed randomly on various parts of their body!

Pets

Toxiskels always have a pet.

Poisonoids & Toxoids must have animal ears/horns/etc.Of course, ears/horns/etc are required for the lower tiers but you dont have to put polucents or crystals on the ears but if you do decide to use the ear traits then its gotta follow the traits of whatever tier you bought!

Crystals

- Dark colored crystals.
- Gradient of crystals.

- Gradient of liquid.
- Floating objects.
- Dissolved, cracked, or transparent bone.
- Liquid part on ears/horns.
- Liquid part on wings/tail.

Eyes

- Pale eye color.
- Liquid in the eye must also be pale.
- Designs in the eye can be any color.

Other

- Must have animal ears/horns/head wings/etc.
- Tail/wings are optional.

♱ Tier 3 - Elixoid ♱

Can have all the tier 1 traits as well as:

Crystals

- Big crystals emerging out of the ears/horns.
- Can have crystals mutating the body.

Polucents

- Ears/horns,etc can be completely filled with liquid instead of a part of it.
- Wings/tail can be completely filled with liquid instead of a part of it.

Eyes

- Pale eye can be dark color if desired.
- Crystal mutating the eye.

Other

- Flesh tattoos (can do any design, color, gradient, etc)
- They can look human and have no ears/horns/head wings.
- Liquid can be put in varies accessories.

Where do you post your adopts?

Mostly on Toyhouse and discord!

Can I combine Toxiskels with another closed species?

It's okay if it's a AU to an OC but if it's crossbreed, I don't allow them at all.

Can I use the dA group icon or polucent bottle icons on Toyhouse?

Yes! Feel free to use!

♱ Toxiskel Traits ♱

Is there a limit to how many Poxis(pets) a Toxi can have?

No, you can go wild!

Is there limits on colors for polucents/liquid?

Nope, you can use any colors you'd like! However any gradient affects are only allowed for Toxoids and Elixoids.

Can I add polucents to their clothes or hair?

Yes but they won't be considered a trait since it doesn't fit their lore!

Is there a limit to how many crystals or polucents one can have?

It's unlimited! Please keep in mind that the least amount of crystals are 1 spot on the body and the least amount of polucents is also 1 area on the body.

Can we have anything as a floating object?

Absolutely you can! Have fun with it! Just as long as you don't do anything offensive.

Can poxis(pets) be a made up fictional animal or a monster?

Yep, you can make it anything you want!

Do Toxiskels have to be gothic?

Toxiskels tend to lean towards darker themes but not all Toxis do so you can do any theme you want! Goth, cutesy, fantasy, sexy, etc. Go crazy with it!

Could I base my Toxiskel or poxi off of a franchise/ popular character. Such as a character from Monster High, Kuromi, Hello kitty, etc?

You can! As long as you aren't copying it completely and using it more as an inspiration for your design.

Can Toxiskels be friends with other close species?

Yes! You are free to write your own stories on that! <3

♱ MYOs ♱

Lost my MYO ticket! Can I get help?

Yes! Please contact me and I will help you as soon as possible.

Can we use bases to design our Toxiskel MYOs?

Yes of course! As long as you have full permission rights from the artist to use it and please state this in your MYO form that it's a base!

Originally created as a Toxi but would like to do other AUs/Human forms, is that okay?

Yes, it's okay for MYOs and Guest Artist designs but not Official designs by me!

♱ Resells | trades | gifts ♱

Can I resell / trade / gift Toxiskel MYOs and designs?

Yes! All information regarding that is here

Artists who designed their own Toxiskel allowed to charge when reselling the design?

Yes, they can as long as the quality matches the value of the price. So for an example, I do not want to see a sticker figure or a base art being priced at $1,000. If I see this, I will contact you to fix it.

♱ Masterlist ♱

How often does the Masterlist get updated?

I try to update monthly but lately I've been slow to do that so it's a bit random right now.

Can I resell / trade / gift a design even though it's not updated in the masterlist yet?

Absolutely! I will post the form of the new ownership once I add the design to the masterlist.

♱ Events ♱

When should we expect MYO Tickets to be for sale?

Twice a year I run an unlimited MYO event! Once around March and the other around October.Otherwise I also run small, limited events in between them that are raffles!

Are MYO Ticket sales always unlimited or is that 50/50 chance they are?

Aside from the small little events I ran randomly, the 2 big events are unlimited 24 hr events. However, Elixoids are the only tier that are a max of 5 per person regardless of the event!

When purchasing multiple tickets if one is for a friend, do I do a separate google form?

Yes, please! When submitting the separate form, you would select it's a gift and put all their information down with your paypal info!However, if it's not a gift, then you would put all their info down along with their paypal info.

When/How often do guest artist events happen?

It's very sporadic, maybe a couple of times a year! Plan to change it in the future to do it more often though.

Will there be a google form for guest artist wanting to join?

Yes! I will select a small number of artists for the event to prevent being overloaded by hosting too many auctions. <3

Design edits

Info for editing traits on an already made design like, Guest Artist designs, MYO designs or official designs!

if you’re only changing the outfit then you don’t need approval for that! Toxiskels can have many alt outfits or even change their main outfit and hair, this is acceptable! It’s only if you wanna change the traits and the Poxi(pet companion)!

If editing a Guest Artist design please contact the original artist for permission and include it with your submission form as verification!Upon editing a design, you can either draw it yourself or commission someone to design it with the new traits and you’d link that image with your form!

When editing the traits of your Toxiskel, it must be kept within their current tier. The only way to upgrade your Toxiskel's tier would be with an Upgrade Potion that can be purchased during future MYO Events! (Downgrading is free, you'd just fill out the form as so with your changes.) Don't forget to include your Upgrade Potion to the form if you're changing your Toxiskel to a higher tier!

Please fill out this form and submit it to the myo approval channel in the Toxiskel discord server or you can dm Toyhouse or DA with your form!If the design was created with a MYO ticket you’d link the MYO ticket with your edited design! If it’s through a GA event, you’d fill in the GA event part!
